At LANX, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new shoes aren't quite right, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in unworn, original condition.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the footwear back in its original LANX shoebox and secure it inside a mailing bag or outer shipping box to prevent damage.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Take your parcel to the nearest authorized drop-off point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
